Stop 6 - Cousin's

Cousin’s BBQ in Crowley had some of the better brisket we’ve sampled on this odyssey.  Worth the drive.

Hickory is the wood of choice for the brisket (J&R pits), and they use mesquite for fish.

Great smoke ring.  The outer crust of the brisket was flavorful.  Staff and place awesome.

As with almost every place we’ve stopped thus far, they have fruit cobblers for dessert.  Peach was nice.

24 hour fitness workout is sounding good about now.
