Stop 2 - Brisket Quest Continues

Big Al’s Smokehouse in Dallas has been around since 1973.  Moved to this location (600 feet from the previous place) in January of this year.  Sparkling clean.  J&R Oyler pit, hickory wood.

Nice smoke ring.  Didn’t sense any rub.  

Big D tried the beef ribs.  He’s thinking he prefers the St. Louis cut pork ribs we favor.
