Under Judy’s watchful eye, Big D trims a brisket.   We talk about best practices, share some war stories, and make sure we’re at the top of our game.

Hoping for some great smoke ring and flavor.  Got ‘em both!

Keith and others from J&R joined in the conversation and we walked away with a great appreciation for what we do now, some tips for smoker maintenance, and possible future smokers for large catering events.  

Really cool to have meaningful discussions with this group of professionals who no doubt make the best smokers available.  Every smoker is made by hand, and the quality and durability are unmatched.
