Breakfast on the way

We’re in final planning stages for kicking off a weekend breakfast menu.  Beginning Saturday, May 22, we’ll offer breakfast from 8a-11am on Saturday and Sunday.

Final menu refinement is underway.  I must say taste testing has been a blast.  We didn’t want to try to offer what is already out there — pancakes, waffles, etc.  Enough places in town are already doing a good job of that.  Rather, we will have unique offerings not found everywhere.  One surprisingly tasty thing on the menu will be cornbread with sausage gravy.  This one didn’t sound all that wonderful, but I must say it became a personal favorite early in the process.  The breakfast burritos are going to amaze people too.

Once we have a final version of the breakfast menu I will get it out and available (like my boarding pass for the flight attendant).
